  : The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was incredible! Amazing food and staff. You can walk to the local village. Sorrento is a 1hr walk away but you can get the bus from the local village which is 15min walk away.

  : The food was excellent here! I FINALLY had eggs for breakfast! The views are stunning. The space we had was huge, and the AC's were very efficient.
  : To actually GET to the location is NOT safe... you need to be familiar driving in Europe. The place we stayed in was stunning, our only issue was that there were ants by the front door. They were all in the entryway and we just kept our stuff out of that area.

  : The rooms were nicely decorated in a modest country style. We slept really well, the bed was good and it was very quiet during the night. It was lovely to open the windows in the morning and see the glittering bay of Salerno. You can take nice walks straight from Fattoria. One day we hiked down the hill to the village of Torca and continued to Crapolla beach and then climbed to SantAgata and back to Fattoria. It is a pretty tough walk but you see beautiful nature, authentic country living and of course swimming in the turquoise water is always a pleasure.
  : I felt that something about the place was not quite right. Are they in financial difficulties or just poorly managed, I dont know. When we arrived, the first thing we were told was that there is no water bottle in the room. Would you like to buy one? Everywhere (and that is many places) we have stayed before there has been some water to start with. (Of course the tap water there is perfectly drinkable, but most tourists want to play it safe.) Its a small thing but really odd and irritating. It could not have been out of environmental concern since they use plastic cups at breakfast. Breakfast was not great. No granola or muesli, no choice of bread, just plain white. They make eggs for you if you ask. The first morning they forgot to tell us that though. Fruit salad was very good. We booked a daytrip to Capri and had to leave one morning before breakfast time. We were offered a breakfast box, which I thought was very nice. The box contained some very old grapes and a selection of dry (oldish) sweet cakes. Does someone actually eat those for breakfast?The restaurant area is very pretty, but you get better food at the village restaurants and for much smaller prices. Clams in my pasta were overcooked, in Da Mimis they were perfect. The tilted shallow swimming pool is really sad. I would just get rid of it if I were them. And one last thing. We went to see the hen house near the pool where they also have cute small goats. They also keep rabbits in that area. Rabbits are on the menu. The conditions for the rabbits were horrible. Some were in very low plastic cages/boxes where they had hardly any room to move. Others were in a wire cage with wire floor which was placed above ground. The thin wires must hurt their paws terribly. Fattoria Terranova uses words like organic and respect for nature in its marketing. They seem to be just words with no real meaning.

  : The decoration and atmosphere of the area where the restaurants are located is magnificent. Unlike the rooms, it looks very elaborate and beautiful. It is very sad that they have such a beautiful and huge area and do not pay enough attention to accommodation.
  : The photos of the room we booked and the room we stayed in were different. In the photos of the room we stayed in, there was a huge balcony (terrace). But the room given to us was different. The nescafe, spoon and glass left in the room were very careless. The kettle was broken, but it worked when held on. The person who took us to the room hurriedly and quickly gave us our room and left. As someone who stayed in various places during our 2-week trip to Italy, we had such wonderful accommodation experiences with such hosts, I would like to say that the room & accommodation experience here was generally bad and careless. There are many varieties for breakfast if you like sweet breakfasts. But when you ask what they are, there is no one who can answer. They were asking each other and they couldn't say what was in a cake. After all, I don't have to know, it's very normal for me to want to know in advance and put it on my plate accordingly so that it doesn't go to waste. I think those desserts are ready-made products, they are not made in that kitchen.
