  : The staff was definitely very friendly without being invasive of my privacy. They helped me picking the menu for dinner, and I was absolutely happy with the suggestions received. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a fast internet connection which allowed me to work from my room in the evening without any hassle. Also, the room had a curious double door (external door leading to an air cushion and then a second internal door) which resulted in all noises coming from outisde the room to be cut off, which was super-nice for me (I'm a light sleeper). Also, there's a lift and a ramp, making the structure totally friendly for disabled people, which is not so common in South Tyrol.
  : Unfortunately the room's window came without blinds - only a thick curtain was present, but alas not enough to shield the sunlight out. And the duvet was a little light for these cold days (but thanks goodness, I've used also the one on the twin bed I had in the room. But had I been with company, then, we'd have been a bit cold at night) - nothing too troublesome, however, I'm sure that upon request, the personnelle would have come in help.

  : The hotel location was perfect for our needs. Little mountain town, near the cable car and train station. The hotel facilities are amazing. Warm covered pool with a view to the valley, sauna, and a card that offers free travel in buses, cable cars and trains. The breakfast was lovely. This package makes the entire stay very worth the price.
  : The relationship with the hotel staff was a little stressing or somewhat unpleasant. We felt a bit unwelcome. For us, hospitality and friendly face is super Important, and this could have been one of the most perfect hotels ever. So if you enjoy solitary and privacy - this will be perfect for you.
