  : Hotel was quite old and overpriced for what it offers.We have been advised that reception is working 24/7.In the morning when we were about to leave to the airport there was no one beside some guy who wasn't supposed and allowed to take any payment from us as he advised us.We didn't have time for the reception to be open otherwise we would miss the flight. Once again to mention that we were advised that reception is working all the time. Which was complete lie. Nevertheless we left the phone for anything else which has to be paid afterwards, in our case it was parking. We got a phone call afterwards where extremely unpleasant lady from the hotel was talking to us like we are thief's and we wanted to escape without paying parking for 2 days.Really unacceptable to treat guests in that way especially that it took 30 seconds giving bank card details to withdraw the money and resolving the issue in less than one minute.She was basically insulting us and saying plenty of bad things which is really not the way how you talk with your customers regardless of everything.The last but not the least, because of the job that my boyfriend and I are doing, we are basically living in the hotels spending at least 25 days per month in different ones and such a behavior like in this one, we have never seen anywhere.Overall impression is quite bad and customer service is nothing else than 0.

  : Very good location: not far from the old town, but in a very quiet part of the town. Very good and tasty breakfast.
  : Hotel is clean, comfortable but very old. I assume that no drinking water in a room means that it is possible to use tape water for that?..
