  : Very loud traffic noise. The rooms are located along a very busy avenue, even at night. The windows are equipped with single glass.Hardly any water coming out of the shower.No breakfast, but there is an equipped kitchen available and free coffee (nespresso-like).

  : the door to our room didn't close well, also the entrance door needed some trick to close properly, the wifi didn't work properly, there is a strange smell because of dampness in the walls

  : The room and kitchen were well equipped and comfy, we've got also some cookies and fruits for breakfast which was not included in price - thanks for that! I can see that wifi infrastructure was pretty well prepared (repeater in room), but it didn't work properly, maybe it's already fixed. I had a problem with electric outlet, but I was rescued by host who came with adapter. There was air conditioner in the room, so in cold nights we could use it to raise temperature a bit. I think it's good value for money.
  : Few things: - wifi was not working by repeater and I barely had range to main router. Maybe it's fixed now - quite strong fungus smell, like entering old basement. I don't know why, but it's surely something to work on and I consider it as the main issue of the apartment - considering how shower is build (it was good, don't get me wrong), having some water scraper would be nice

  : Massimo was a great host, went above & beyond to be sure we had the best experience, really made our stay, & experience that much better. And comfy bed, in a quiet room, perfect for a good night sleep all in all good value for money.

  : Room was very modern with big bathroom. There was a fridge in our room. House is modern and has tasteful decorations. Nice common room with kitchen. Although there was no breakfast option, the house offers at morning free espresso/tea/fruits and a few cookies. Very friendy owner who gave us also very good tips for restaurants and bars.
  : Wifi did not work in our room, only in common room. This was because our room was most far away from router at reception, but this was ok for us.
