  : Very nice staff, very good breakfast, great pizza restaurant next door. Only a short walk to the Greek Theatre.
  : There was very little water to shower with. After flushing the toilet it took quite a while till the shower was working at all ;)

  : The kindness of the managers helped us arrange transportation to and from the Catania Airport. The B&B is very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Tears, the Catacombs of San Giovanni, the Archaeological Museum was across the street, about a 10-minute walk to reach the Archaeological Park, and a 30-minute walk to the center. There is a HOHO bus stop across the street near the Catacombs that was handy for reaching Ortega (10 euros each). Our room was a double room with a balcony that also had a drying rack. There was a mini fridge and air conditioner which was very handy for the summer heat. Good breakfast with enough variety and very good coffee. Below there is a bar where you could get a meal or gelato. We had an early flight and the manager arranged an early breakfast for us. Thank you.
  : This is not against the B&B but if you have mobility issues you will need to walk up some stairs to reach the elevator and some of the rooms and reaching the breakfast room requires going up and down two steps. Our room faced the sun and the awning was not functional so we could not enjoy the balcony during the afternoon.

  : The receptionist (a man) was very polite with us in the morning and made the check out very easily.
  : The receptionist who was a woman. We were driving from Palermo to Siracusa and we weren't sure at what time we would arrive. Additionally, our internet didn't work properly so we couldn't communicate much with the receptionist. The check-in finished at 8pm and we arrived at 8.45pm, therefore we didn't arrive too late (it's not like it was 2 in the morning). As soon as we got there, she was angry at us and she told us off for being late as she had to leave. I felt her behaviour was very inappropriate, as a hotel should help guests to settle in and not tell them off for arriving at a different time. Really bad experience, we won''t stay in this hotel again.
