Disappointing

: The chalet is located on the main access street to the resort, so you can hear cars passing by. The flat was badly equiped (no washing machine, no dishwasher, no oven, no toaster..), it's basically a place to sleep and that's it. Noone welcomed us and we saw noone during the whole stay, the only contact critized us because we had a little cat and we didn't tell her but we haven't seen her neither at the start nor at any moment of the stay.

Good

: Comfy beds, enough pans and pots to cook as a non skier in the group the garden was an added bonus and a sun trap
: Slow draining sink , could have done with a better layout for sitting in an evening as a family, wardrobe could do with just being a walk in wardrobe. It felt like 2 apartments not one

Very Good

: Location was great with easy access to the town via a short walk. Parking right next to apartment which was free!
: Wifi kept disconnecting every time the phone went off. Other than that, all was good

: Communication was always perfect with Silvia, the keys where dropped in a specific location and that made easy our late arrival. The apartment was very clean, with towels for two people and the kitchen had everything that we could need to cook. We have a wardrobe, one couch, one round table with 4 chairs and 2 stools. The hotel is very easy to see and access. It is near a bakery (on the other side of the street) and it's a 10min walk from the center (where restaurants and supermarkets are located). We had access to a small closet in the garage where we could deploy our ski gear, it was very handy because the garage has a small access to the road that lead us to the ski lifts on a 5min walk (hoped that I knew that on the first day) instead of climbing the steep road that leads to the main entrance.

: Location to the slopes about 5 minute walk in ski boots
: Separate bedroom was small even though it had a king size bed - more room to move if it had a double bed
