  : did not have time for breakfast, only 12 hours total stay in order to get a plane on wed am. I was disapointed in taxi, which I am not sure of who decided to gouge the price for taxi. I asked front desk to get a taxi, which they did. i chose hotel because only 3 mies from airport, and taxi charged me 30 Euros for 3 mile ride - robbery. I had no choice. Hotel could screen taxis for those that don't overcharge.
  : Beds are not much more than cot mattress. clean, but small beds. I was given a handicap room, although not requested. I had difficulty in getting into the tub. Hotel is old, but clean. wear and tear quite evident. Unable to charge my phone, not even a USB port and desk had no adapters. I only needed a nap, so the hotel met my needs but I would not stay for any length of time.

  : Room was clean and nice. So was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Wish they had some more choices. Overall, no complaints.
  : Location, close to the airport but away from the city center. Florence, being a tourist place, every time we needed to go for sight seeing we had to cab it out which became a little expensive.

  : The room met expectations, property is quite out of the way, with only one public transport bus option available. Its a decent property but more suitable to business travellers who get their transportation arranged from work or for people who travel with group tours thag use designated coaches.
  : Facilities gets negative points. Maybe more than 200 rooms and it had one, just one iron! The iron was kept in an ironing room where the guests can go iron their own clothes, the electricity connection tripped and there was no other option to iron your clothes. We travelled using public transport, I asked in writing options for public transport and was told I needed to take bus 30 from Firenze SMN station which was not the case. We had to take tram from Firenze SMN to Porta al Prato and then take the bus. This maybe a negligible or obvious information for a local person but for tourists that dont speak the language in a country where many locals do not communicate in English, its hard to find the right stop. The toilet roll was not replaced and we ran out at around midnight, had to go to reception to collect the loo roll, staff were not able to deliver it to room - it was hotel policy. I appreciate that Ibis is a budget brand but its not a hostel kind of accommodation, the brand could certainly provide atleast some basic amenities, the prices are not that cheap after all.
