  : The room was clean, the Hotel near the metro station
  : The costumer service was horrible, not friendly at all. the heating was so bad it works at 22:00 only for 2 hours and it was so weak the room was cold,the shower alsaw was not inaf hot water. i dont recommend it.

  : I don't recommend this place at all, theres no heating and no hot water, humid, very dirty, the room wasn't cleaned at all by housekeeping! Staff is not polite. Do NOT recommend this place!

  : the staff is very rude. made me go around the city looking for cash as he didnt have contactless payment. And the heater would turn off randomly. To make it worse, there was no hot water either.

  : I really needed an accommodation because the following day I had an important test for my job. I had booked a room at this property and while I was travelling to Milan, the train had a big problem that caused a huge delay. I tried to call them MILLIONS OF TIMES to ask them to let me do the check in after 8 p.m. due to my inconvenient and they NEVER answered, showing an intolerable unreliability. I talked to an operator of the costumer service who had been trying to call them as well, and they didn't even had the guts to answer to the customer assistant!!! At this point I wanted to cancel the booking without any fee, and the assistant told me Booking would present a special request to the property for me. They still haven't answered and more than 24 hours have already passed. If it had been for them, I would have had to sleep around the streets. The most disappointing and dishonorable behaviour towards a customer. They don't deserve any guest at their property. Attention: if you want to book a stay in here and plan to come back to the hotel after 2 a.m., then find another place because you won't even be free to decide your own schedule (they only tell you this after you've already booked).
