  : The facilities, surrounding gardens and hotel room were absolutely outstanding.
  : Evening restaurant was a disaster. Lots of confusion and exceptionally slow service. Quality of food was ok but also quite expensive. Breakfast was a very strange ordering service.

  : nice room and beautiful landscape
  : water was randomly turned off about 4 times ( that weve noticed) during our 5 days stay with no warning, a couple of those times it happened when we were about to take a shower. Monday was their restaurant and bar closing day while the hotel remained open, nevertheless at a certain point my daughter and I found ourselves alone in the evening and all night since we were the only guestsin the middle of this huge property in the middle of nowhere all the hotel staff went home and left the guests ( us) alone in the dark. Not cool I have to admit we got scared not having a car or a way to contact anyone on the property, at one point I tried to call the front desk but no one answered or called back.The food menu is trying to be fancy but, in my opinion, they are trying too hard and most dishes we ordered were way too salty and some not even eatable. the owner realized some of the hiccups we encountered during our stay and didnt charge us for some of the orders. in general our stay was good, but management and kitchen staff needs some improvement.

  : I have been there before, the property is in a beautiful setting.
  : it wasnt the property per se, but the food at the restaurant ( loca folle), the food was thoughtfully prepared but unfortunately it was VERY salty, so I hand up ordering a salad most of the time to control my salt intake.
