  : Title: Unacceptable Experience - Stolen Bag, Disappointing ResponseMy recent stay at Relais San Maurizio was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I can't believe I have to write this, but my Chanel bag was stolen right from the bar stool! The audacity of thieves in a supposedly reputable hotel is beyond infuriating.Not only did I lose a valuable possession, but the response from the staff left much to be desired. Despite their attempts to appear sympathetic, it felt like they couldn't care less about the gravity of the situation. It's shocking to see such a lack of urgency and empathy in a supposedly upscale establishment.Theft is an unfortunate reality, but the way the hotel handled it was utterly unacceptable. It's evident that security measures are severely lacking, and the staff needs better training on how to handle crises. I expected a level of service befitting the hotel's reputation, but what I got was an experience that has left a lasting negative impression.To future guests: beware of the lax security at Relais San Maurizio. If you value your belongings and expect a hotel to prioritize guest safety, think twice before choosing this place.
