  : The only hiccups was that at the time of booking the city tax was included, while the property said it was an extra charge. Booking customer service sorted all out for us.

  : I find it very difficult to write the review for this accommodation. I'll just try to write the summary that others can use when doing their booking: Starting generally - location is great, some 15 min walk to the beach in the quiet area, so no matter how busy or noisy it gets outside, you'll have your peace. I can't say much about the host, because the communication was very minimal - she handed us the keys and that was it. The room wasn't cleaned properly when we entered - there were remains in the bathroom from the previous guests that I had to throw away myself. Every next cleaning I had to ask for over WhatsApp message, although on Booking it stated that it will be daily. Hairdryer wasn't available (again, on Booking it was included in the amenities). I've sent a message to the host inquiring for one and she did provide it immediately. The worst part actually was the room itself - the ceiling is so low and under angle that both my partner and myself hit our heads countless times just trying to reach the bed. It was lucky we didn't end our vacation with the concussion (I am not exaggerating). You have to bend at 90 degrees angle just to enter the 'sleeping area'. It is extremely uncomfortable. And we are both average height! This was way too expensive accommodation for the experience provided. We booked last minute so there were not that many options available, but unfortunately, I can't say I would go back to this place.
  : Ceilings, ceilings, ceilings! It's a hazard! There were other things as well, but I tried to ignore most of them so I don't end up spending vacation complaining about the room.

  : Place was clean, had a nice barbecue zone, receptionist was friendly
  : The kitchen was bad equipped, no kitchen towl, sponch, no salt, nothing to make coffee for more than 1 person, no waterboiler, ... Also the wifi didnt work most of the time, and plus to all this, we needed to pay a tourist tax (1,5/pp per day) uppon our cost from booking (on booking it says its included), so the price of this place is not worth it.

  : The appartment was cleaned often with fresh towels and bedding provided. There was air conditioning in the main living area and main bedroom. It had lovely views over Monte Monaco and a nice garden area. Our appartment had 2 balconies and adequate cooking facilities. There was free WIFI. The manager drove us to the supermarket
  : The second bedroom was small, had no air-conditioning and bunk beds which my daughter didn't find comfortable and the springs on the bed creaked every time she moved. The website advertises 24 hour front desk reception; what this means is that you ring the buzzer at the manager's appartment. The website also states there is a snack bar and drinks and snacks vending machines, but there were none. We had to go and ask fif bottles of water as we arrived late and nothing was open. The location was too far from the main town area and beach.
