  : The hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from Old Town Sanremo. We chose it because it has parking. These are basically the only positive comments that can be made about the room.
  : The room is old, but not in a good way. Everything looks like in the 90s, it would really need at least a coat of fresh paint, a new bed and a new floor. The bathroom is small, at least the shower was OK. There were lots of insects, hungry mosquitoes mostly. The laminate flooring has 1-2 cm gaps. Be careful when you walk around the room. The staff was a disaster. The lady at reception was OK, but very snobbish and could only speak Italian. She had some family or friends over, with a couple of noisy kids and a dog that ate dog food directly off the hotel lobby stairs. Later in the evening, I wanted to move the car, but somebody had parked a scooter behind it. I went inside to ask if they knew whose scooter it was. A man who looked like the hotel cook said that it was his scooter, and he's going to move it, but only if I told him where I wanted to go. Where's the hurry? He even started to become slightly aggressive. I had a hard time explaining to him that I could go in and out of the parking spot all day, because I had paid for it. Later on, he blocked another car. Anyway, rude, rude, rude.

  : Great locationbut a bit noisy if youre early to bed or late to rise. Wonderful staff. Fine breakfast and dining room. Extra charge for parking. Air conditioning unit (for warm nights) is loud. Family owned and run. Clean rooms.

  : Very well situated in the middle of the town.
  : Rooms are very very old , the beds are a DISASTER , and if you plug something..the plug is falling down from the wall ! The parking very expensive also !

  : Near everything you can need.
  : Some of the stuff don't speak any English. There was a guy trying to explain to me that I had to leave the room's key at the desk everytime I would go out, so basically made me leave the key for 4 mins, and then for another five. You have to wait till they come to receive the key and then wait for them to give it back to you. The opposite of the freedom a regular traveler seeks for (makes you feel like you are back living with dad) and also not good for anyone who wants to feel like they own the place, even for one night! No, didn't feel like home. Breakfast barely has any options for protein. They were the cheapest in Sanremo at the time, still not worth the price. Even the towels are small. The toilletery they provide is almost useless. They came into the room twice by 10:30, tho that is the time to check out.
