  : it was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. the bar downstairs is very convenient and well run.

  : room was clean and comfortable . hot water shower was good. though the hotel is not in the town center but there is a bus line connecting train station and Verona and Soave.
  : next door church had many new immigrants just moved in, they make big noise like a party in the parking lot outside my windows till very late at night. the toilet was dripping all night long.

  : We stayed for one night, the room suited us, we enjoyed our stay.
  : The hotel lacks the proper sign on the facade, it has only "HOTEL", so we wandered a little untill we arrived.

  : Convinient if you are visiting Verona, good store across the street, free parking,nice restaurant in the lobby.
  : The reception isn't what you would expect in a hotel, the bathroom needed renovation 5 years ago, the wifi is bad, and the sound isolation is terrible which causes a problem when you have very loud people in the room next to yours.

  : Great staff ! Nice spacious room. There is a pizzeria in the hotel with really good pizzas ! That was a good suprise. There is also a supermarket just the other side of the road

  : The desk in the room was full of rubbish (empty trink bottles, food, packaging etc.) Staff did not check rooms before letting new guests stay. Hotel was closed Monday but how can you know as a guest??? I was able to book it. When I arrived another guest let me into the lobby with their hotel key. Unfortunately, we where locked into the building and could not go out anywhere. Had to call owner who took 1 hour to arrive. Luckily another came 20 min later who helped us to get outside. The owner did not understands the nature of my complaint. FIRE HAZARD!!!!!!!! Irresponsible management. Please dont put guests at risk like this.
