  : Perfect for a one-night stay during our road trip in Italy. It is an old building in a village. Well maintained and renovated on the essential parts as the showers. It doesn't need to do more because it offers basic services at fair prices. The rooms are more than satisfactory in terms of space and facilities, at a very reasonable price. As a family of four, they had the foresight to give us a special spot like an apartment at the end of the corridor, comprised of a small hall, a standard triple room and a very basic one with bunk beds for the kids, one right across from the other, both with a private bathroom and minifridge (dated but functional). It was perfect for us. The wifi was excellent. The parking lot is right next to the entrance. The staff is polite and helpful. Since it was raining, we ordered dinner at the hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent idea as the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The setting was fantastic, with a view of the opposite hills framed by the trees in front of the windows. The soundproofing wasn't the best, but it's reasonable. The air was so fresh that we didn't mind opening the windows even though we could hear the cars from the street. Nineteen minutes' driving distance is a big mall. The hotel is over a bend on the main road, but we missed it as we admired nature.

  : from the outside the hotel is refurbished and cosy, has nice green area with swimming pool, sauna, laces for rest. many terraces, the receptionists are helpful - be aware that it seems they speak Italian and French only. there is an option to pay for extra breakfast and it's nice (not only sweet things which is rare in Italy).
  : the rooms and bathrooms are a bit old for this price. air conditioning works, but is not super fast or modern.

  : Stay away from this hotel if youre not a person who likes to stay in very dirty and diaguisting place. The hotel inside looks like noone take care of it for years. Room has blood and yellow stains on the pillow and we had big insects with nest in the bathroom. We couldnt stay there so we went to reception saying that we leave the hotel with no refund and the lady working there told us that its normal in their hotel so she cant help us. Its a shame that Booking is accepting such place on their website, they should arrange a visit and take care of this issue.
