: Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. A lovely welcome on arrival. Although near a main road, the apartment is at the back of the house and I had a peaceful night's sleep. There's a garden area to sit out in too. I really enjoyed my short stay here.It's about a 10 minute walk from the St Francis Way and 40 minutes into the centre of Rieti. There's a supermarket close by for provisions.

: The room is quite spacious, with a small kitchen. There is a fridge in the kitchen and a coffee machine and some tea bags. It is possible to cook your own meal if you prefer. Beside the house, there is a huge yard behind the fence (locked), where you can park. The house is beside the main road and is very easy to find. It is within a walking distance to the restaurants. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet.
: The breakfast was quite basic self-service option: there were some packaged biscuits and marmalade in the kitchen, and butter, milk and juice in the fridge. The internet did not work in the room. I managed to get a connection only outside in front of the window of the room where the router was located. The owner said that they were changing the internet provider (because of the problems) and I just hope they fix the problem soon.
