  : Tent was really cool. Lots of space and room to run around. Pools were great for kids. We liked the bracelets that you can charge up with money. Staff were super friendly, but didn't always have great answers ("just look in the app", but the app didn't answer the question). The app was sort of good, but after we'd been there a couple days, when never used it again.
  : LOUD LOUD LOUD. The sound system was so loud, especially at night! Starting at 4pm with the pool aqua fit, then songs, and then just strange commentary. THEN, again 9-11:30pm EVERY NIGHT the theatre was so loud we couldn't sleep until it was finished. And I have custom made earplugs. Didn't help! Their sound system is really overkill! Lastly, you can ask for a service ticket through the app, but you have to go to the reception to find out if they fixed it. So, no point in using that function.

  : Great location. Good concept.
  : Because there is no pavement between the bungalows you always had that white dust everywhere. This was the main reason for the dirt inside too. Another issue was the cleaning crew did not have the right tools (one dry mop and no vacuum). We had animal hair on the couch and on the bed because it was not vacuumed. They cleaned it with spray because the vacuum was broken.....(one vacuum for such a big compound...)

  : Very comfortable, well kept and family friendly property. Quality of food was very good, however read more about it below.
  : Not a typical all inclusive buffet, kind of limited choices, oftentimes meat but no fries or rice available, or very little so you had to wait for more to be prepared. After a few days we got used to it.
