  : Very clean, though, as often the case in less than luxury facilities, the apartment smelled a bit of smoke. I dont blame this on the owners and managers. The fact is, many Italians simply ignore no smoking rules and signs. Mattress was a little uncomfortable for me, though not for my husband. Was very quiet. Windows really blocked sound but its also far enough away from the much more packed part of Riccione. Excellent air conditioning. Very spacious for two people. Rating for Booking.com :8.5
  : A bit too spartan; smoke odor in room (see above); farther from nicer part of Riccione but in general, Riccione is tackier than the last time I was there and is more like Rimini. It used to seem mor upscale.

  : The beds were really comfy, the kitchen had all the main furnitures needed, the balcony was really nice, the staff was really friendly, also the location was perfect (close to the center, to the beach and to other typical places)
  : The shower was a bit small and one of the doors did not work properly (but it wasn't a big problem, everything went good and we had a lovely stay)
