  : Although the location was beautiful and the room spacious and clean, we do not recommend staying at Villa Fenaroli due to the confusion and treatment we received from the maitre d'hotel at the end of our stay.We stayed at Villa Fenaroli the night after our wedding, which was held at a nearby venue. My husband and I had booked a room for our relatives, and a room had been reserved for us by the wedding organizer. Both reservations had payment issues due to the staff's disorganization and lack of attention at the reception.Booking through Booking.com, we had prepaid for our relatives' rooms, yet they were asked to pay again, with the staff only checking after prompting that the payment had already been made. Moreover, on the morning of our departure, there were more serious problems concerning the reservation made for us by our wedding organizer. Instead of resolving these issues directly with the person who made the reservation, we were repeatedly stopped by the hotel staff (even before check-out), and our documents were ultimately held hostage, forcing us to mediate the resolution with the parties involved.If it had been just a misunderstanding resolved with grace and courtesy, there would have been no issues. However, we were disappointed by the arrogance and rudeness towards us not behavior we would expect from a four-star hotel.

  : Came here and stayed one night for a wedding and what an incredibly beautiful venue it is. The rooms are very very large as are the extremely comfortable beds. The room we were in had a beautiful view. Given that there were 2 weddings happening while we were there we were not disturbed at all.
