  : Good location.
  : Insects in room eg ants & spiders. Extremely small rooms considering the cost. Not sound proof as advertised. No lift only stairs (anyone booking good to consider this). No DO NOT DISTURB SIGNS - would suggest the proprietor considers this as we were disturbed by one of the employees whilst having a rest in the afternoon, asking if we needed our room to be cleaned ... This was at about 4pm!! Very unprofessional.

  : The location is very central. Close to all amenities and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

  : Our host Peppe was very helpful.Be sure and catch any taxi rides with Antonella, arranged br the property. She was a joyous and raucous pip!

  : The owner or manager was super friendly and helpful. He helped take our baggage up one floor to our room and was so kind to do so. He gave us many suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. He gave us a map of the centre of the city and marked on it all the places to visit and eat. The location was excellent being one block from the main street to get to everything and just a couple of blocks from the lungomare street. The main street along the seaside. Parking was convenient and the owner pointed out that we could park right in front of the b&b without having to pay.
  : The facility could use a little new paint on the walls and I think the photos are when it was newly done up but it seems it's been a while since. The bathroom was a little on the small side, hard for two of us to manoeuvre inside at the same time. The room too was a bit on the small side but since it's primarily for sleeping, it wasn't such a big deal.

  : Everything was OK and the hotel room looked exactly as expected. Small rooms but comfy beds. The AC system is a bit difficult to understand but works fine.
  : Giuseppe never showed up during all our stay, we were checked in by a friend of him who was not prepared to describe the property well enough, though everything worked out ok it would have been great to have a host to contact at a desk or something
