  : Was close to the beach and close to the port. Staff were very supportive and very kind!
  : Fitness center needs an upgrade/refresh. Looked like it was neglected.

  : Locality near Ravenna and great breakfast, nice showers, cabel TV and possibility of bathing in the pool.
  : Beds (especially pillows) were very uncomfortable, there was no possibility of direct light in the room and there were only plastic cups for one time use. Attitude of the lifguard at the pool - we were there for one hour already when he came furious demanding (only in italian!) that our almost 3 year old kid must have bathing diaper. There was no previous warning about that and although he did provide us with the mentioned diaper his attitude was terrible and made our son cry.

  : A very noisy hotel, built of wood, and already at 5:45 in the morning we had to wake up, as other hotel guests woke up early and we could hear their every step. The hotel staff were also not friendly, did not try to understand our situation and advised us to contact Booking.com directly. We indicated in the comments in advance that our priority was silence and quiet, but in the end, due to the terrible isolation of the hotel, the wooden structure and the unfriendliness of the hotel staff, we had to leave the hotel early. Also we had to spend our last day in another room and this room is located opposite the parking lot!!!!! at a distance of 3-5 meters!!!!! which is absolutely unacceptable for us, since we cannot open the window in the room because of the smell of gasoline and diesel fuel, and visitors constantly arriving or leaving the hotel premises slammed their car doors, which also makes our stay at the hotel difficult. impossible!!!!! Thats also was one of the main Reasons to leave hotel earlier! But the hotel staff refused to take this into account!!!!! Terrible hotel and unacceptable attitude towards customers from the hotel staff. We wont go there ourselves, and we certainly wont advise anyone to stay there in such terrible conditions!!!!!

  : Very close to the beach this hotel offered us a nice 1-night-stay. As we stayed in March, the beach was empty but still enough for our kids to play with all the shells laying there, and there were a lot. The swimming pool was really tiny, but offered enough variety for the day, but had to be booked in advance and was only available from 19:00 - 21:00.
