  : The property is well maintained and the host is friendly. It's close to the train station but don't rely on GPS to get you there!!.The host had to eventually come and escort me back to the property after almost an hour or circling the area with heavy luggage. It's quiet inside the property. The hot water was plentiful and bed was very comfortable.
  : The stairs...there is obviously no elevator but between 36-38 steps in a zig zag metal staircase that was dimly lit at night. Thankfully I had organized my bags before arrival and the host was able to store it in the downstairs closet. There is a lot of street noise and train noise from the nearby station. It's advertised as a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast and I never found that information on the site before or after booking. At the end of October the climate is much cooler and there was no option for heating as it appears the system was turned off. There is no television in room but the wifi was very reliable if using a laptop or iPad.

  : You get a nice room in a real Italian city villa, with retro style furniture and decor (loved it, and it wasn't shabby). My room looked better and bigger than what I expected from the pictures. There was a private bathroom and a balcony with garden shadow. The host was very nice. The hotel is about 3 mins walk from the train station and in a walking distance from the main sights.
  : Everything was good to me. The location is on the busy street with motorcycle noise at night, if it matters to your sleep. Another minor inconvenience is that the rooms are located on the 1st floor (no elevator), so you have to take steep staircase which might be a bit of an issue should you have lots of luggage to carry.
