  : The location on the beach was wonderful and the swimming pool. Our breakfast, and half bored (Lunch or Dinner) was tasty and plentiful. We liked the Lunch menus better than the Dinner (value for money). Air conditioning in the room was wonderful as was the quiet location in an upstairs room.
  : The size of our bathroom was far too small, especially the shower cubicle. When you sat on the toilet, your knees hit, the shower screen. We did not like the fact that there was no kettle or hot drink making facility and no Glasses for cold drinks. This facility only provides paper cups for the rooms. I dont believe this is acceptable for a four star facility and for the price paid for accommodation.

  : The pool and private beach was never crowded at all. There was always chairs/umbrella available. The evenings were quiet. Staff was friendly.
  : Breakfast was boring. Dinner was hit or miss. Food was either bland, under seasoned, and/or over-cooked. Was totally unimpressed by the room size, decor, and linens. Room was very out-dated. Paid $4,860 USD for 3 adults and one child (5 nights). Hotel needs to use this money and invest in room decor and upgrade to a more luxurious look.

  : Staff were horribly rude and unwilling to assist at all. On a few occasions we hadnt reserved the main restaraunt as we had been on a tour and they would not even serve us some fries or anything and when u have 4 children woth u its not acceptable. We were then told we couldnt go and get food elsewhere and bring to the hotel to feed the kids at least. Attitude of staff was rude

  : Very beautiful territory, the beach is nearby, the hotel is quiet, very good Wi-Fi is stable even on the beach. The price includes a chair and an umbrella on the beach, but the bed is not included, you need to pay extra for it.
  : Very monotonous breakfasts, we were not given oatmeal for breakfast, we waited 40 minutes, after 40 minutes the staff said that there were no cereals in the kitchen; a minimum of bathroom accessories - shampoo and shower gel - two in one; the average age of vacationers is 65+; unfriendly waiters; there is no kettle and reusable glasses/cups in the room - you need to go to the bar for hot water every time. Ants in the room on the balcony and in the bathroom.

  : Well equipped, clean and renovated. We had a Comfortable stay and well worth the money
  : No electric kettle in the kitchen. The door and window to the street side are not isolated or soundproof and you can hear the outside noise clearly.

  : The location, the garden and the beach access
  : The food options at buffet are limited and never changed, except desserts (only 3 options) which are very poor quality. Fruits are always the same every evening (pineapple, 2 types of melon and grapes). Then starters, first and second courses are coming in small portions and sometimes undercooked. The breakfast options are also limited and same every day. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs are raw. The waiters are not very professional, as they might forget about your oder and they dont speak English, only Italian.
