  : The property was lovely, great pool area and rooms were clean. The lady looking after the bar was so lovely. They only kind staff member.
  : I would expect a property that has a pool would provide towels or at least an option to rent a towel. But they didnt and the staff were rude about it. The room we were given had a broken aircon which we assumed the staff were fully aware of but put us in that room anyway. It was only after several requests that they admitted it was broken and didnt bother letting us know until we went to reception for the forth time and slept a night in the unbearable heat, they then accused us of stealing towels and wouldnt put us in a new room until we gave them the towels. This was so ridiculous as we hadnt even left/checked out of the property. The staff at breakfast were also quite abrupt when we accidentally sat at a table. This hotel reserves breakfast tables for the entire 2 hour service which is also ridiculous. I understand mishaps can happen and everything doesnt also go to plan but when the staff are rude about it it makes it 100 times work. After all hotels are a hospitality service, staff are there to accommodate guests and we did not feel welcome.

  : Urgent need of investment by the owners to refurbish the rooms .... much better a few years ago !
