  : Wonderful building, if a bit neglected but real character. Very ornate Villa style property with lovely gardens and pool and great breakfast. Great public areas and lounges. Very helpful staff, taking care of left luggage and helping us move room when One of first was not acceptable

  : We needed a hotel with 24 hour check in because our EasyJet flight was due to arrive in Naples at 10:40pm. Flight was 2 hours late so we arrived at hotel at 2am. A kind gentleman was at reception waiting to check us in. So grateful!Also the building and grounds and views are stunning!

  : Great location and gardens.
  : The reception staff were quite rude when we were shown to a basic room when I had booked an upgrade. Even on showing the confirmation email it took quite a lot of time for them to agree to change our room.The parking is quite hard to find as the numbers are not in sequence. We booked a table for a romantic dinner for two and were given a round table for ten people. The most worrying thing and a real security issue is that every room key seems to fit every room. I discovered this when I went to the original room by mistake and the key let me in. I tried this on our friends rooms and the same key worked on four different bedrooms. Their keys also all worked on everyone elses rooms. I mentioned it to reception but they didnt want to know. We were therefore very careful not to leave anything valuable in the rooms and I was a bit concerned about someone walking in to our bedroom at night if they had got the wrong room by mistake.

  : The bedrooms were a good size, lovely high ceilings, well decorated and kept very clean. The bathrooms were also good size, ours came with his / hers sinks and a jacuzzi bath which was a nice touch
  : We were at the hotel for a wedding and the bride had a dodgy shower glass door which ended up smashing all over her. Luckily she was only cut on her hand but it could have been much much worse had she not jolted back in time. Reception upgraded her room but that simply isnt good enough. The hotel grounds are huge and I feel would have been beautiful 10 years ago, but feels quite dated now. The swimming pool was filthy, so was the furniture around it. The customer service was poor. Reception staff were very slow, and clearly using very old systems. For example their process to borrow a swimming pool towel requires you to manually fill out a form and sign. Feels a bit old I had to wait 35 mins for a cappuccino at breakfast and then it arrived with dairy milk rather than the soya milk that I had asked for. No warm options for breakfast. Our friends had ants in their room. And our cousin had to change room because it smelt so badly.

  : Do not stay at this hotel. Me and my friends were given a quadruple room it was covered in ants, the bathrooms taps and shower heads were covered in green mould. The paint on the walls was peeling off with mould. It smelt really bad. The mattresses were brown and very uncomfortable. The legs of the dressing table were broken. The handles of the wardrobe feel off when touched. This hotel is smelly, dirty, unwelcoming and in a very bad location. It is 60 to get anywhere close to the city
