  : Pros:-Good location with great view-Nice pool/facilities-Friendly staff-First night dinner at their restaurant was delicious (chicken was amazing!) and service was great
  : Cons:-Cleanliness. Toilet seat was dirty upon arrival (had yellow/brown smears on it. We cleaned it with antibacterial wipes ourselves), towels had yellow stains, furniture was quite dusty-Second night dinner was a disaster and we could not believe they essentially tried to commit fraud by changing our bill after we already signed it. > The pork we ordered came out completely raw on the inside. They then tried to recook it but threw out half the portion (since we cut it in half to look at the inside) and then completely burnt the remaining portion. Our waitress kindly offered to have them remake it. But it came out just as raw as the first time (the center was completely raw and cold. It was not even close to medium) and they tried to convince us it was fine to eat. At this point, we asked if we could just order something else instead because its dangerous to eat raw pork and our waitress said that is fine. We ordered another pasta dish instead which was good and we were happy with how she rectified the situation. She then brought out the bill for us to sign which did not include the pork dish since we did not eat it. However, upon paying at check out the next day, we realized they added the pork dish to our bill after we had already signed it and did not let us know (the total price seemed high so we asked to see the details). And it was obvious because it was added below the signature. They did remove it after further discussion but it left a horrible taste in our mouth. It is not about the disagreement with how pork should be cooked (if they believe in eating raw pork that is fine). But its the fact that they tried to sneak the pork dish onto our bill after we signed it rather than just being up front and putting it on the bill in the first place so we could have an open conversation about it when we signed. Changing a bill after the fact is straight up fraud and illegal.

  : Easy to access and close to the highway while being immersed in nature. You can easily visit surrounding cities such as Sienna, Florence and San Gimignano.Very helpful staff and functional rooms. Breakfast was average.

  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this seemed to be one of the only plus sides of this hotel.
  : This hotel was way overpriced compared to the value they provided. The room was much smaller than advertised. You could barely open your suitcase in this room. The advertised size was around 18 sq m, while in reality this was most likely around 14 sq m. A lot of things are barely working. The most noteable thing is the lock on our doors. The doors sometimes didn't close properly, and we came back multiple times to the hotel and the door was open (due to the doors not closing after the cleaning service came by). The air conditioning was not working properly either, and it was also extremely dirty. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. On itself this is not an issue and could be a big plus, but there were not really any foods or drinks available at the hotel between lunch and dinner time. We got a free bottle of wine from the hotel at the end of our stay due to the doors not being closed a few times after we came back to our room. We really appreciate this gesture, but unfortunately the hotel still fell short.

  : The walls were not clean.The air conditioning unit had a lot of dust visible on it and dirt had accumulated over time from no cleaning.

  : very nice location. I booked a room with two beds, but they put this bed together and if I separated the beds, there would be no room to walk around because the room was very small. The pool was great as were the sunbeds!
  : Room to small for 2 single bad. The food - the dinner was very bad and I ordered food from the waiter but he brought something completely different from what I ordered. For vegetarians, they have very poor choices at dinner. The person at the reception was quite unfriendly and inflexible to my wishes.
