  : It is very close to the train station. It is clean and comfortable. Very close to the city center.

  : It was not clean at all, the walls needs to be repainted, the bathroom / balcony needs to be cleaned very well and it was really noisy due to the traffic.

  : The friend of the owner (bcus the owner couldnt come) and the chinese girls had a funny situation.
  : It wasnt clean, they made us wait almost two hours. They did not answered our calls and messages. It seems the owner was in the hospital or something but idk. The mosquitos.

  : The location was central, opposite the train station which we used on 2 of our 3 day stay and within walking distance (1.6km) of the airport. We stayed in a spacious bedroom with an ensuite & balcony. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Handy to have access to a kitchen which also had a balcony. Staff member who we met when checking in was extremely helpful.
  : The curtain pole in the bedroom fell down shortly after our arrival. Staff member offered to get it fixed but we didn't need the curtain as there was also a shutter on the window. We used the shared kitchen each day but we had to ask for additional spoons, a second mug and a drying cloth. We received the spoons and mug but not the drying cloth. Felt guilty leaving the wet dishes on the draining board as we usually dry & put them away promptly.

  : Very basic - good location - no frills, place to sleep and shower - felt safe, easy to walk to the train station and restaurants. Worth the walk to the Leaning Tower.Basic - no frills z safe place to sleep.

  : Very close to the station and within walking distance of the airport. The staff was friendly and accomodating to us, even though we checked in late. It was an easy process for just one night, which is what we needed. The bathroom and toilets were clean.
  : We were trying to avoid an AirBnB, and this most certainly is one (of the likes). This is a flat (where a family used to live, presumably) turned into a "guest house", meaning all the rooms (living room, master bedroom, dining room, etc.) had been turned into hotel rooms, with a shared toilet/bathroom and kitchen for all the 5 rooms. I don't blame the staff, they were lovely to us even though we checked in late, but we were sleeping in the old living room turned into a hotel room, and it showed. The doors weren't up to hotel (or even guest house) standards with regards to privacy and safety (ours was a flimsy glass door). If you're in a fix for one night, this could work, but we personally wouldn't intentionally contribute to the saturation of the housing market, and yet another beautiful flat where people could live in turned into an "AirBnB" with questionable ethics.
