B&B Due Borghi

: Place is nicely located with easy access to main roads. tiny room with the essentials you need to spend the night. The host help me to accommodate my bicycle without hesitation.
: It is on a 4th or 5th floor, and that can be a bit of a challenge. For the size of the room and the quality (you can tell it is a really old building) the price is quite high.

  : Quiet, central and clean
: Didn't get aby information about anything, and even though it's called Bed & Breakfast there were never any breakfast there

: location was excellent for the city
: this is a bed only facility, very dated and tired, the owner/manager has no contact with you after checking in, there is no kind of advice/support, once you get the key, you are 'on you're own', which for some maybe fine, but for the money, there are better options. like many other places, post covid have used it as a reason to offer nothing but the bed. what was the breakfast room is now used by the owner/manager to do paperwork, sometime. Whilst they say in FAQ they dont offer breakfast, the photos still show breakfasts, ANS they still badge themselves as a B &B,, they are not however alone, many other properties in Pisa are now doing this so beware, many are just a bed. You are in the centre so no shortage of cafes for breakfast but it comes out at around 10-20 euros for two each day, so add that on to your budgeting. it says a lot when we decided to leave after 3 nights having booked 7, (went to Siena for the remainder), that despite messaging the owner to that effect, as we didnt see her post book in, that we had no response at all.

: Location of the B&B is super central.
: Location of our room was 4 flights of stairs up. It was literally a chiller cabinet when we arrived. We left the heater on all night and slept in our socks. No heater in the tiny bathroom.

: It's a lovely location. Easy to walk to the tower and other interests.
: It's advertised as a Bed and Breakfast but there is no Breakfast. You have to go out and pay for this. When we left early to buy breakfast on our checkout day, the cleaning woman pressured us to check out. No thank you; we have to go pay for our food then return to brush our teeth and grab our bags. Be aware this makes it stressful to stay here.
