  : The room is comfortably sized, with adequate wardrobe space. The decor is a little dated but clean and tidy. The shower room is beautifully done with a good, hot shower. Access to the property is easy and the host makes it so easy to get in and out.
  : The room is a little dark and the house is next to a railway line. It is not overly noisy but we were on the same side as the trains. Breakfast was disappointing. I understand that it is only a small place but coffee made from a pod machine, croissants and some rather dull bits of bread with a slice of ham inside were really poor. A platter with some cheese as well would have been nice, I have seen much better selections from small hosts. The room for breakfast is also tiny, thankfully people did not all eat at the same time as the place could not have coped. For me the worst thing was the beds. The mattress was quite firm, I can cope with that, but the host has put a mattress protector on the top below the sheet. The protector is plasticised on the lower side ( next to the mattress ) and every time I turned over it made a really loud scraping noise, like when you rub two balloons together. I turn a lot and it really interrupted my sleeping. Also there are no tea or coffee making faculties either in the room or available to use in the kitchen outside the breakfast times ?

  : Very nice personal welcome by Andrea to this simple Bed&Breakfast with help for airport taxis for the next morning and a generous Italian breakfast. Ideal for our purposes.

  : The room was very nice and spotless clean. Andrea, the host, was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window lovely.
  : High level of humidity in the room and not the greatest breakfast.

  : Very clean and comfortable. Andrea, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, it took us 15 minutes to walk to the tower and main tourist areas. I would say that the photos online dont do this accommodation justice; it is better than the photos make it appear.
  : The accommodation is next to a train line and the trains are noisy and pass frequently.
