  : when we got there, the breakfast wasn't continental, no cereal or milk, drinks were warm, there were ants in the room, maid didn't do the beds till afternoon, shower flooded the room, cigarette bins were not emptied. bitten by mosquitoes all night and woke up with lots of bites, cleanliness was very poor

  : Location quite good, few hundred meters from motorway exit, the building and entrance looks very nice as well as reception and public halls. Personnel very friendly, wifi reasonably fast, continental breakfast that even without hot meals is quite sufficient to get lot of energy for the day. Rooms spacious and clean. No problem with heating, considering the still wintery temperature outside.
  : Bathroom. The lighting is poor; the cold LED lighting with few lumen does not let you feel cozy in a place where you have to. Bathroom furnishing is dated, shower cabin show the burden of the years. A refurbishment is definitely needed in order to fulfil the expectations given from the imposing building and the sovereign name of hotel.

  : The pool was good, although we never saw them cleaning it.. Very quiet hotel with not so many guests in it when we were there
  : The staff was not very helpful, non of them spoke English and the hotel did not offer any services at all. They dont have a restaurant nor anyplace you can buy something to eat, not even snacks. The room was clean the first day we arrived but they didnt really clean it after that..

  : It looked very nice and pleasant from the outside, reception was very plush. Cleaners seemed very pleasant.
  : When we arrived there was literally one person manning the whole hotel, it didnt appear as if any other guests were staying there, we were a large party with elderly relatives and young children and were very surprised that there was no food or catering facilities available at this hotel. Furthermore the swimming pool was derelict full of algae and had not been maintained and added to the general Ghost Town perception. We immediately asked for some help getting a taxi so that we could escape to find some food, but there was no support for this other than the receptionist providing a phone number or two, which turned out to be pointless because no taxi was available that day?! We genuinely felt stranded and very disappointed at the hotel we had chosen and the assumption that wed made that food / catering facilities would be available (I suggested in some of the pictures). The breakfast was simple basic and adequate, and so book this hotel with caution unless you literally want to use it as a stop off and have your own transport (in my opinion). Interestingly on reception there was a piece of paper that talked about the new hotel policy that required you to pay upfront for your stay Its pretty obvious why theyve taken this approach!
