  : If you are looking for, maybe one of the best views, ever, of Piazza Armerina then this is the place! Overall I'd say this was a great property, private parking, walkable (if you like a long walk, which I do) to Piazza Armerina and not far from Villa Romana Del Casale. The host was great, the place is definitely a bit eclectic and dated but there was plenty of space, everything was pretty clean, there was a nice breakfast I didn't really stay to enjoy and other very friendly guests.
  : There was nothing overly negative or that stood out as bad to me. It was a good place with a great view

  : Luciano is a consummate host who cares about the happiness of others in his home. He went the extra mile to organize my transfer to/from the bus station as well as a trip to see the mosaics. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful in spite of a full house. He cultivates a neighborhood vibe with his friend squad and invited me to join them for an aperitivo they were preparing at the fireplace. Stunning panorama of the city from the dining room and terrace. I appreciated the savory breakfast corner with cheese and cured meat. The environment in the bedroom was very clean and comfortable enough, albeit lived-in. Private bathroom was sparkling clean with ample warm water. I appreciated the radiant heat in the bathroom and room. Everything works throughout the house. Yes, I would absolutely return to this property.
  : Some furniture is due for an upgrade. In some instances, simple re-arrangement of the furniture (or removal of some pieces) to enhance comfort and use-ability would do wonders.

  : Beautiful, comfortable old Sicilian country house 2 km outside of Piazza Amerina with a fabulous view of the duomo across the valley. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is wonderful, including fresh croissants, meat, cheese, eggs, fruit and other options. Luciano is a gracious, attentive and charming host. In fact all the staff is wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.
  : Its a little ways out of town and we found it somewhat challenging to get to. But were older and have become nervous drivers.

  : We loved this place. Luciano is an excellent host. We liked our traditional Sicilian room decor. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. And the price was right.
  : The mattresses were not ideal.
