  : Location is close to gardaland, the fact rooms have a small kitchenette is comfortable.
  : No wifi, no cleaning products for the kitchen (no spongo or dish detergent) water from the shower comes out and floods the bathroom floor, no hair dryer in the room, had to go ask for it in the reception which is far away, old wool type cover on the bed that gave us all soo much allergy, no room cleaning, no coffee options in the room (no options to make a coffee) restaurant buffet is not great and you pay 20 per person.

  : Loved the location and that we had access to the indoor and outdoor pools. The space in the apartment was fine for our needs.
  : Context- we were there in April (not Italian school holidays). We downloaded the hotel app as advised. The outdoor pools were open from 1st April. Issues/dislikes:1) Although advertised as open, the slides and most water spurts were closed/off.2)One of the ceramic tiles edging the pool was broken and dangerous. My child got glass or ceramic in their foot from the side of the pool. We looked in the first aid kit on the wall beside the pool, but it was a mess (things unwrapped etc). There was glass in one of the outdoor pools, I picked 3 bits before giving up and leaving the pool. 3) Although advised by reception that they were open, the mini market, info point, mini golf etc were never open during our stay. The kiosk for mini golf was never open although one family had clubs so must have got them from somewhere else in the complex.4) On our last day we were asked by a member of staff about going to a kids event in the evening. We were not made aware of any events. It was confusing what facilities were available to which residents.These were the main issues.

  : Everything good, kids love the activity, swimming pool, very nice staff, we booked for 4, but my little kid went with us, they accommodated 5 with no extra cost,
  : only think they ask to clean kitchen before leaving, but no washing up liquid for dishes, should brought with you,

  : The location was great and extremely close to Peschiera del Garda, a short 8 minute drive to Gardaland. The kitchen was fully equipped. The resort is lovely, unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool, but it looks very nice.
  : We were there for a short 2 night stay and didn't think to bring dishwashing fluid and a sponge, and for checkout you need to clean the apartment. Of course it is no problem to wash up after ourselves, but a small cleaning cit would have been lovely. Also if you stay here, bring a hairdryer since it's not available in the room. :)

  : It was very clean. We were at building across the reception, on ground floor. Kitchen has everything you need. Parking is close, across the street. Double sofa is only for kids, little bit small.
  : There is no wifi. Towels are not changing so take this into consideration. It is easier if you have car since we did not use shuttle bus.

  : Complex is very nice, and surroundings are very well maintained. Room was big
  : Bed shits were quite disgusting, looking not that clean with some very old blankets. Rooms are not in such a good shape. We had no internet/wifi. You need to give 100eur damage deposit and on check out you need to wait till they go and check the room... I asked for additional pillow they told me to go to a bilding that is not that close at all to reception, there they promised they will bring us tomorrow and that never happened.
