  : I booked the triple room at this property for two nights, then the double room for four nights. (It was a question of availability.) If you can spend a little extra to get the triple, definitely do that. There's a TON more space, the bed is a queen or king size, the bathroom is bigger and better with a nice shower recess (plus it has a door), you get a larger, nicer balcony ... everything is a big step up in quality. By comparison, I'd say the double room is quite small and poky; it's ok if you're travelling alone, but it would be a bit claustrophobic for two people. In terms of the property generally: first, the location is perfect. You're right around the corner from Pescara's main promenade, just metres away from a supermarket and a good bakery (called Mercato del Pane), and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The staff are very helpful and polite, and they speak (or at least write) good English. The decor in the (triple) room is also nice, with colourful tiles and so on, and the bed is SUPER comfortable (if you like a firm mattress). Overall I really enjoyed staying there.
  : Honestly, I'm not a fan of these new, post-COVID hotels that don't have a reception area. However, in this case I have to admit the system worked well. When I arrived, I messaged the owner and they answered very quickly. They took me through all the steps to get into the building, find the right floor, open up my room etc. So it was all pretty smooth. Also, just a small thing: a couple more coffee pods in the room would have been great :-)
