  : We have no negative comments about our stay here. All lovely. Just a note re taxi. The taxi called by hotel to return to airport was twice the cost of the one we took to get there the previous evening. ? They charged us 30 euros for the 10 min journey. it came fromPerugia instead of local. So keep the number of taxi company on board outside airport as you have to call your own from there. It was 15 euros from airport to hotel. 10mins journey.

  : The area, very close to the airport. The accommodation is clean and tastefully decorated.
  : It is not very clear to me how on booking the score for this accommodation is over 9, when the staff lacks experience and professionalism. We arrived at the accommodation at 8 P.M., we were "greeted" by a lady who was very surprised by our arrival, she told us that she was waiting for us much later (I don't know how late, provided that the check in is from 3 P.M. and I sent a message to the accommodation with the time we would arrive, which was answered), I actually talked on the phone with a gentleman (according to the lady, it was her husband) who helped us with 2 numbers by taxi to get to the accommodation, so they knew very clearly when we had to arrive. Through booking I booked a deluxe double room with a balcony, I received a room without a balcony, because the lady said that she mixed up the rooms and the room I booked was given to another couple who arrived before us (I have been traveling with booking for years for days, I have never heard such impudence and to no longer benefit from the room I reserved just because others arrived before me, professionalism 0). When I heard that another room with a balcony was no longer available, I asked how to proceed, since I paid for a service that I do not benefit from, and she told me that she could not change the price, as it was through the booking application, again professionalism 0, the price can't change it, but the room yes, he can give me a room that I didn't reserve. She kept telling me that her husband was taking care of everything and that she was left there for a few hours, because he had to leave, honestly as a customer, when I had set expectations, I don't care about the way the owner chooses to manage the business, I am interested in receiving what I reserved.   : Stylish decor, tastefully furnished, beautiful landscaped garden, distant views of Assisi. Great breakfast as well with homemade cakes and fresh products. We had the junior suite which was much bigger than expected.

  : The peace and quiet of the location. Everything about the accommodation was excellent with the exception of my comments below. All of the staff were brilliant and I loved the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Easy to access main roads.
  : There wasn't a safe in our room and the balcony was not at all private. The room could have benefited from having shelving near the sockets.

  : This is one of the most stylish and beautiful houses I've been staying in Italy, but the worst experience (considering host) in my whole"treveler" life!Short introduction is necessery...I was on holiday with my family in Italy for three weeks. We started first night in Siena, afterwards Pompei, Tropea, Sicily (Fontane Biance, Agrigento, Catellammare di Golfo) and on the way back Pizzo, Alberobello and last night in Italy was in this Corte Vivo boutique house in Sant'Egidio. At all the places we have been staying wi fi was available. Network was weak at some places, on the other better or excellent, but in Corte Vivo there was NO WI FI AT ALL! But this is NOT the WORST part!Namely, first half an hour of our stay the network for guests was available and wi fi was ok. We went for a dinner and when we came back this network was not available at all. Since owner of the place called me twice during the dinner to get know when we will come back to pay, I went to pay and to ask for wi fi. Lady named Alessandra was there and I asked for wi fi. She answered that they have problem with it. The signal is weak and she was wiating for it to stabilize, since I wanted to pay by card. At the end, I finished transaction, so obviously there was some kind of network. Since network for guests was still not available, I asked to get password for this other network which was in function (wi fi was very important for us because we wanted to surf for the hotel in Croatia, since we concluded 1200km is too long trip for one day). She was avoiding to give me password and when I was complaining we payed for this fascility, she gave me wrong password. I was trying few times and every time it said incorrect password. She called her husbend on the phone and she gave the phone to me. He started to explain to me that wi fi is problem in the whole Italy.
