  : Lift out of use 2nd floor 4 levels of steep stepsElectric failed if lights and hairdryer on at same time ! No help from the staff when dealing with these problems told by them it was the owner of the building responsibility but would not give a name or contact details !!!

  : Roman was great with us! And everything gone well with the transfer from the Airport. The location is the best! Always music artists in the street and a great view from the window! We love it!
  : The cleaning was not good... Some towels and bed sheets weren't clean We were 5 people and the last ones taking shower had cold water When arriving home we had to make 2 beds

  : The view of the two balconies is fantastic! Directly in front of you, you're able to see Quattro Canti! The kitchen was full equiped, enough towels, hair dryer and even an iron was available.
  : -The smell of the toilet is very bad - it's extraordinary loud, especially due to concerts and singers directly in front of the flat - super hard to reach the owner, answers only hours later. Our electricity was gone incl.hot water and we had to wait a lot until the owner responded what to do. It happened 2x times, seems to be a general problem and the istruction how to react should be then written somewhere. Less stress for everybody. - no information about the Check- In, we had to wait in front of the door until the owner answered my calls.
