  : Welcome chat from staff was excellent providing good information on sites to visit and recommended restaurants. Staff very helpful in advance of arriving and introducing us to the boutique B&B speaking really good English.
  : Shower cubile was small and design poor resulting in bathroom floor becoming very wet.

  : Beautiful property! Friendly and helpful staff! Very Comfortable Room! Great Breakfast & Coffee! Staff carried our roller board luggage up and downstairs.
  : Property was located on a very narrow & busy street which made walking a little difficult. No elevator.

  : It is a charming and attractive property and the public areas are lovely. The staff were very helpful and provided gf options for breakfast.
  : We did get some street noise. The room was rather dark. The area is quite rough but we knew that from our research and had no problems. It was very convenient for some of the sights.

  : The feel of the place was inviting. Hosts were very kind and supportive. The B&B felt secure and safe. We had The Garden Room which had direct access to large garden area, at least 10mts x 10mts with tables and chairs to relax on. Breakfast was nice with nice coffee the way you like it. Our host Danelia was extremely helpful with booking restaurants for us. They recommended a few and each one was SO good. I'd recommend you seriously consider Giardino di Ballaro if you plan to stay in Palermo.
  : Although the B&B was nice inside the surrounding street area was a little rougher than we would have liked. In saying that the whole of Palermo is grungy and in areas dirty. I would not let this put you off from booking, I'm just pointing out. My wife and I walked back from the main food/bar areas numerous times at night with no issues. You just had to be aware of your surroundings and stick to the well lit lanes, etc.

  : Aurora at the reception desk is a gem. She was so pleasant, multi-lingual, helpful, ready to please and a wealth of information. She made this stay much more enjoyable. Thank you Aurora. The service from the staff is very good.
  : The location is hard to find. Parking is difficult. The breakfast needs improvement. Our room needed updating.

  : The location is quite central but its worth noting the short walk to the hotel goes through an area were some may feel uncomfortable at night, especially if you are travelling alone.
