  : Very bad Wi-Fi, especially with kids. Restaurant food very poor considering in the town of Palau the food is fabulous, the pasta dishes are very small and very tasteless, they need an excellent chef as this is not good enough for the price. Check is 10.30am thats soo bad considering the price and we had to leave right after breakfast, travellers need the 12 o clock check out at least.

  : 1. The staff was excellent. Everyone was so kind and professional! 2 . The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. 3. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. 4. The pool and complimentary massage was exquisite. 5. The bartender treated us like family and made delicious cocktails. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
  : The shuttle could run more frequently and later in the evenings. Also, we were unaware of the pick up locations and we missed it.

  : The location is superb the breakfast was out of this world top top class , the variety was insane all home made superior really !!! the pool area is stunning and the Devore of the place is mesmerizing. The rooms were outside which was cool like little flats My room had a customized welcome to me which was wonderful with a bottle of their own sparkling wine and flowers on the bed They offer a free 30 min welcome massage which is amazing however I only got to know when I checked in and they were fully booked I wish someone told me upon booking and I would have booked my free massage so yeh that was disappointing Nice shuttle service to beach and harbor
  : Didnt think it should be 4 star for the simple fact that they dont replenish body washes and lotion daily. No tea coffee facilities in the room which was a let down as I love my tea The room was so small that was surprising as I paid 250 a night just for one person They dont give you pool towels without paying a deposit of 20 euros which i think is a let down

  : Very friendly and helpful staff to the best of their abilities. Location only couple of minutes from the harbor.
  : Room gets extremely warm from evenings through the night unless you contact the front desk. They control your air conditioner no matter how low you set the thermostat. (18) is lowest unless desk gets involved. And no elevator, so you need staff assistance which they provide to move your luggage checking in and out. Would have rated them higher if not for these items.
