  : The hosts are very friendly and warmly welcome us with wine and coffee. The house and its courtyard are so nice, tipically country life feeling. You can get easily to some places: Grado, Matajur, Tarvisio. There are many restaurant, pizzeria, bakery and shops in 20 minutes.

  : the owners are super welcoming: we got offered a glass of wine when we arrived, she made a reservation in a delicious restaurant for us and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend!

  : Cute country house, lovely spacious room with study area and good WiFi and air con. Beautiful traditional style Italian furniture and decor. Nice en-suite. Lovely outdoor seating area with free parking.
  : Breakfast was nice, I just wish there was more of it! It was a sliced bread roll, 3 bits of cheese and 3 bits of ham with a yoghurt and a cherry tomato, juice and coffee and a crossing with jam already in it. The hosts were welcoming, and their little jack russell Pacco is adorable and friendly. The lady who runs it was friendly but very motherly and a little intrusive at times, suggesting what time we should return back to the b&b in the evenings. Regardless of this, we had a pleasant stay.

  : The location was perfect. We wanted to visit Slovenia for Kayaking and Trieste for sight seeing and swimming. The hosts were attentive and gave us great tips for restaurants. They have a dog and a cat so it helps to be animal friendly. Breakfast in the garden is something to remember. We communicated by hand and foot as my wife is German and I am English but could not speak Italian, which was a shame as they are an interesting couple.
  : It is a bed and breakfast and you have to enter the house to go up the stairs to your room. I would not say I did not like it but you have to be willing to participate in the life of the household. We had a room directly under the large apartment and the only thing was that it can be a bit noisy.
