  : I stayed at Terme Capasso only for a night on April 8, 2024—a solo stay.I booked this hotel to relax and use the thermal facilities. Not only was I unable to rest, it tired me even more!I agree with the other reviews - the beds are ancient and uncomfortable. I kept waking up continuously because of how bad it was!Secondly, it was probably my bad luck, but the clientele was highly unhygienic. Robes were old and ripped. I honestly refrained from using any of these facilities.Thirdly, there was a constant smell of sulphur. I don’t know if it was due to thermal water processing or an open septic hole; it was pretty much disgusting and kept me awake for the most part.The breakfast was OK and included in the rates. However, as mentioned above, senior folks walking down the mess hall with their robes and slippers felt uncomfortable.Unless you need to go and stay at this hotel, I would not recommend it.

  : 4 star hotel shouldn't be missing a toilet seat in bathroom
