: Location, the balcony and the room.
: I find it strange that you have to pay for the towels in a hotel, other than that everything was perfect.

: The location was great, if you need to be in the old city: many shops, cafs and restaurants nearby (however, they mostly provide poor quality). The design of the room was good. Despite a noise street, the room was quite (our room had a window to a parallel street). Two bathrooms were convenient (but small problem was in one)
: We wanted to have two separated sleep rooms and there were two but without a door! The water in one bathroom was with rust (but it was fixed next day). Every bathroom has only one hook for towels - no idea why when it supposes to be family room. The breakfast is terrible - very scarce in terms of options and if many guests in terms of quantity (on the first day we went to the breakfast around 9:00 and found no eggs and no sausages). At the moment of check-in, was asked to fill the form where I had to leave data of my credit card (as I know, such an organization as hotel cannot do it), I refused to do it. On the day after check-out, I got the message that we consumed wine from the minibar by 30 Euro, however, we did take nothing from the minibar at all. After a couple of questions to this message, the hotel side replied that all is OK, and we haven't to pay anything. I want to believe that it was a mistake and not a system.

: Small hotel in the heart of downtown Olbia. The room was immaculate and even though it fronted the street there was little noise. A good buffet breakfast was available. The staff at reception handled all queries deftly. Transport links (buses and trains) were easily accessible.
