: Lovely family run business, the staff was welcoming and always trying to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Rooms were big and clean with a beautiful lake view.
: Our waiter at dinner was unprofessional and cold, we felt we were bothering him.. not a nice feeling! shame because the rest of the staff are all very sweet.

: Second stay at the Cannero hotel.Superb location on the lakeside and very friendly and helpful staff.The room was huge with a nice view.Both dinner and breakfast were truly excellent.
: The bed for our 15 yo daughter was a very unconfortable convertible sofa bed. Make sure to ask for a real bed during booking process, as it was the case during our 1st stay there.Also, access to the room was on the floor lobby in front of the escalator. In the morning, we hardly had room to get through cleaning trolley, towels and used meal trays. Some used towels stayed there on a chair in front of our door the full day.
