  : The place was very quiet, and very pleasant. The room was prettily decorated. The host went out of his way to make himself available, and fulfilled our request right away, and at the same time he was discreet. The location is in the countryside, but only a few minutes by car from the beach, so it was quiet and restful. the entrance of the room is independent, and has a very well kept and lovely garden in the front, with flowers and trees, equipped with garden furniture and sun umbrella and in the middle of the country, so we had our tea there in the morning, in a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and environment.
  : We had a very pleasant experience. we only stayed one night, and we didn't find anything we didn't like.

  : Owner was able to accommodate our requests even coming earlier for a check in. 12 min from Nettuno. The position is what you can see from the nap, it is near a swamp-forest
  : - the owner made clear that we could not park inside (even if there was space) but we needed to park on the roads shoulder. We did so and we were woken up at 8 by some truck drivers honking because they could not pass by. It would be good not to let people park on the road if the car blocks the traffic. - there were some ants in the room and a lot of mosquitoes
