  : The hotel is located somewhat outside of the busy village at about 120 m above sea level. Needless to say that going down to and particularly getting up to the hotel from Monterosso was some good sport. Luckily enough they have a very efficient shuttle service that runs up and down at least once every hour. The view from the balcony is breath-taking: you oversee the 5 villages of the cinque terre. The people at the reception couldn't have been more helpful
  : The orange juice on the breakfast buffet was not up to standards: way too diluted according to my taste. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was rich and well organised. On windy days the lack of airtight doors leads to a whistling sound which can be disturbing during nights. In general, the sound isolation could be better but is probably due to the time of construction of the hotel. These are however minor points in an overall very positive appreciation.

  : It has a great view from the room,direct on to the sea. The staff member where really friendly and polite. Also the the clean team did a great job. Every Evening the room got put back in a great condition(bed and bathroom). The staff members are really motivated to give you a great stay at the hotel.
  : Small detail in one of our rooms the TV didnt work.

  : Location stunning up a mountain with views over the whole of the cinque terre- we like walking it if you dont - do not choose this hotel- the town is a very steep walk up and down but there is a free shuttle every hour but if you dont want to walk you have to wait for the shuttle but thats no harsh up when youre in holiday. The breakfast was varied and filling and sorted us for the days walking and exploring. The place was sooo clean !
  : We would have liked to be on the top floor but our floor the first still gave us views to die for but you could hear people above walking around as there are no carpets in the floor.
