  : Prime location with fabulous panoramic view to the city.
  : We didnt have the air condition remote and when we asked for it the host told us they control the weather (?). The red suite was really nice but you have to get 4 floors with your luggage without a lift.

  : Breakfast at the Caff Poliziano was good. Nothing more
  : Room was extremely old. Regarding the heating, I have to call the manager twice to turn it on. There was no TV, but clearly there has been in the past (:see picture). Not too sure if in booking, TV was foreseen. If yes I want a compensation in cash ( not a voucher).

  : It certainly had old fashioned charm, kind of like stepping back in time. Roof Terrance was a lovely surprise with amazing views over the Tuscan countryside. The breakfast which is included is at a nearby cafe which had lovely views and great coffee and pastries.Hosts communicated very well. Easy to check in and out.
  : The photos make it look MUCH nicer than it is. In real life its a bit old, dingy and basic. Stayed in verde suite (2 bed suite) which is in need of some maintenance. None of the lamps worked and the sink plug broke. Just all a bit old and tired. Building is old and creaky and despite being on top floor our suite had a room above it which had a very old creaky staircase leading to it so was a bit noisy when other guest were walking around. Kettle in shared dining room space was really dirty and cups were provided but nothing else which is odd.

  : The location is very nice. The view from the dining room, bathroom, bedroom, and rooftop deck is fantastic, especially for watching the sunrise. The host was very kind and provided a detailed parking and house location video. The place is also very quiet. Breakfast was included, which is also a good plus.
  : The shower head is too low and the head holder is loose.

  : Location was very good. We liked the setting of an old house, furniture, pictures, etc. It has a great roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and country side. The vouchers for the breakfast included were at two of the most prestigious and traditional cafs.
  : We had absolutely no control of the heating and it happened to cold. Parking was not to far from the place, but it happened that the day we arrived it was pouring and cold, and we had to walk under the rain.

  : The property is in an excellent location, and the room itself and the rooftop were both lovely. Amazing views.
  : Breakfast was not in the property (as expected), but in a local cafe, which was okay. The dining and sitting room were not a used area. There were also some unsafe staircases to get to our room. The "deluxe spa" in our room was disappointing. The plug didn't seal.
