: Modern room but very old outdated hotel, couldnt use balcony because of birds nests and fecies. Poor pool area, poor quality pool furniture, unsafe and dirty.
: Everything, hotel requires complete renovation

: The breakfast was great. Our room, after we upgraded to a suite was amazing, the view and balcony was just incredible. The first room we had booked was a superior double and was a little small for us, nothing wrong with it apart from that. Location good about a 10 min walk to the main town of Montecatini Terme.
: The gym was an absolute joke, it was in a depressing dark room on the bottom floor and on the first day we heard a member of staff being very aggressive to a customer and accusing him of kicking down a kick bag which had seen better days and should have been attached to the wall properly in the first place. My son went down the next day and used the bag which had been propped up against a wall and he was screamed at, it was eventually removed, all very odd and very unprofessional. The gym equipment was also inadequate and I would not have used the spa as it was on the bottom floor with the gym and looked awfully depressing. We had stayed for 6 nights and had spent a lot money and on the day we checked out and payed the bill, we just left, with no thank you for coming or we look forward to seeing you again, from the man on reception. Which was a shame as the rest of the reception staff had been helpful.

: Great value for money and great location
: Gym was tired and dark, sun beds would benefit from cushions

: Penthouse suite was spacious and comfortable. The HVAC was fast at reaching desired temperature. The concierge and staff were fantastic. Located in a walkable city with train access and lots of restaurant options.
: Slow elevator, and the spa is not year-round. Had to find that service elsewhere. There was a water leak in the ceiling in the room. I wished they had a "do not disturb" sign to use on the door.

: Good location great staff parking available clean room with fridge.
: Nothing really wrong just one comment on the room safe it could be more securely mounted in main wardrobe not in a mobile cabinet above the fridge
