: The room was really nice and big and there was AC (: The people were also very nice and when the swimming pool was looking dirty from a broken filter, they tried really hard to clean it as soon as possible. After a few days, the pool was completly clean again, the filter was working again and we had some nice swims. The hotel lies central in Tuscany.
: The breakfast was disappointing, there was no fresh bread and the juice and coffee came from a machine, so it didn't taste that good. The hotel was mostly deserted when we arrived, that gave a weird vibe, but at the end of our stay, more guests arrived.

: We were only satisfied with localization and swimming pool for kids.
: Firstly we got the room where AC wasn't working, after 5 hours of waiting finally someone got in and fixed it. We got only 1 key to the room means that you can't leave AC on to cool down the room during the day. We got family roof room so it was really hot. Secondly breakfast were terrible, 1 choice of bread, 2 choice of ham, 1 cheese, 2 cereal, choices of jam and the most horrible coffee I had ever got in Italy. After 1st day we were start bringing our own add on like vegs and fruits. After 2nd day we had stopped coming for bfast as it wasn't even bearable. Finally swimming outdoor pool had short opening hours during summer month - August.
