Relais Totì B&B

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: QUirky, old-fashioned ambience. Very friendly and helpful host.
: It would be useful to provide diections to find the entrance. We went round the block twice before realising it was the unsigned, locked gate opposite the station.

: Georgianna (not the owner but a member of staff) was great, really helpful and accommodating. Location is really great, station is literally 2 minutes from the station. It couldn't have been easier to get into Venice.
: Having driven 10 hours to get to the hotel under the premise and that we had to pay an extra 30 euros for check in after 9pm, we arrived at 8:45pm to our host not at the hotel. We had to call the number provided, someone answered but with no reply. I then called again and someone else answered stating that they would be 10 minutes. When they arrived, the host was visibly drunk and stumbled towards the gate with no apology. He let us in and pointed at where we should park. He was then unable to check us in as he was unable to see our documents. On the second morning, the host was not there as he had been out the night before and there were no fresh breakfast options. There were also stains on the extra pillows on the bed.

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: Rooms in a beautiful character villa run by lovely people, in a lovely town with a super-easy and inexpensive train commute to Venice literally beyond the grounds and over the road. A peaceful town but with many good eating options nearby.

Good

: Breakfast was good. Location perfect. Train - close to the hotel.
: We didn't manage to stay in Relais Tot BeB bed e breakfast, but we stayed in Villa Stucky booked by Relais Toti instead. As hotel needed to move us to another place or cancel our stay few days before our arrival. In Villa Stucky - too old interior and shower for our expectations. There were no two pillows for each, just one extra we found in wardrobe. Disappointed for late notice from Relais Tot BeB about our reservation move or cancellation, meanwhile thankful that they arranged place for us to stay - Villa Stucky.
