  : Great location. Clean, modern and cosy.
  : TVs did not work properly. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. No glasses in the kitchen and no bottle opener. Radiator control in bedroom was broken. Could not sleep properly due to trams outside every few minutes that only stopped between 02:30 & 05:30.

  : Dirty worn out bad smelling appartment. Not worth money. It is so dirty I felt bad stayng there. Bed is like hell - also dirty and with extremely low quality bedding which hurts skin when touching (is very hard). Noise from the steeet doesnt let sleep. Inside appartment air is not enough and smell very bad of dirty water. At the day of stay I couldnt reach host for 2 hours after agreed check in time so I was stressed. When finally reached, host told that will come to collect payment in the evening which ruined my plans and I had to adjust only night in Milan. I asked to come straight away so I have free evening for myself. Host was rude and not welcoming. Read my other reviews - I have very good too. Im not type of person writing just negatives. But this appartment - overpriced, dirty, noisy, bad smelling with rude host. Please see pictures - I do not lie

  : The apartment was lovely and moderne. Rainfall shower was beautiful. 5 min walk to the metro station. Lovely cafes within walking distance also. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
  : One of the nights the heating came on automatically and we didn't know how to turn off so it was a bit warm in the apartment.

  : There was barely any basic equipment in the kitchen there was a microwave oven yet no drinking glasses etc, there was no soap, hand or body gel or basics one would expect in a standard accommodation.

  : - Near to the Duomo in 10-15 minutes walking distance.- they provided some snacks and restaurant recommendations- the hostess was friendly and helpful
  : - the appartment photos showed the apartment much newer and in a better condition but that was not the case.- the overall condition of the appartment is fair and it didn't feel clean.-needs maintenance and deep cleaning (e.g. washing machine, shower head, coffee machine were furred)- A major issue is safety. The entrance door remains open and then a button is accessible for everyone for the second door downstairs. The appartment's door closes only when is logged. Still there is a gap at the end of the door.- it needs improvements in terms of provisions (e.g. the dish washer and the coffee machine weren't maintained properly).- the half shower door is missing and the water comes out of the shower- shower rain head needs deep cleaning- the bathroom sink is clogged-the room was booked for 3 persons and was prepared for 2. We had to request for additional bed linen.
