  : Wonderful location on the water in the middle of San Giulio's small commercial area. Restaurant has the best location, too. On the water. Food good, prices reasonable. Room clean, bathroom nicely updated. Reception friendly and helpful. Most tourists are Italian.
  : The lowest price room is really small, adequate for one night and at the most two nights for a couple. Attractively furnished and clean. HINT The Venus restaurant just next door and on the water has a more extensive and interesting menu. Boat trips to Isola island and Pella not worth it. Just enjoy the calm and peaceful beauty of the place. Parking procedures a challenge, but not overly onerous if mobility not an issue.

  : the room was charming and clean, the location was great and the breakfast was satisfactory. he had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. the view of the restaurant (and the hotel in general) is great.
  : not much, it met our expectation. only thing I would say is that we would have liked to have an iron to iron clothes but unfortunately it seems it's not a common thing over there, as we didn't have one available for the entire hotel. really not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have since we were there for a wedding.

  : They were notifyed in. Feb that we weredoublebooked for this property and didn't notify us and still double charged us becauseit wasn't cancelled and of course we couldn't cancell if we didnt know we were double booked

  : Breakfast was very good lots of choice from fruit, cheese and meat, cereals, pastries, fruit juice etc.plenty of outside seating overlooking the lake.
  : Room 209 we stayed in was very noisy over reception so don't have this one!! The problem with the hotel is its location its impossible to get to it by car, you have to park somewhere near and get to it on foot then they tell you the location of an unloading bay (no more than 30 minutes allowed) then you walk 200 metres with your cases down cobbled steps, a real nightmare!! Then you go back and move your car to the underground carpark some 700metres away. The charge is 10 euros a day whether you stay 10 minutes or 23 hours. If you move you car out and return its another 10 euros. We stayed for 6 nights and took the car out one day and our parking costs were 80 euros!! A real rip off. You really only need one night in the Village as there is nothing to do, a few shops and a number of restaurants. No lake cruises! Most visitors come in daily by coach spent a few hours and leave. So we would not go again, yes its attractive but so are Lakes Como, Lugano and Iseo to name a few.

  : My room was cute with access to the lake terrace. I even had a bathtub and a multi jet shower. The bed for my personal taste could have been a little softer. Breakfast was simple and descent. Reception staff was amazing! What's important to know, is that you have limited access to the Hotel by car. The way there is very narrow and for smaller cars only at a certain time a day. It has car parks a little further away tho.
