  : - Clean bright new big room - really well equipped room, high quality bed and bathroom with a massive shower- Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman that prepares and serves breakfast who was particularly warm and friendly which is great early in the morning
  : - The staff had their extended family with 3-4 young kids permanently based in the bar and pool area all day - so it was more like a kids creshe, with small kids running around in nappies, than an adult hangout spot- We avoided the pool areas for this reason as it was full with staff, their family and their kids all day which is a shame as the place is sold as a beach club away from the beach-Breakfast location is in a cafe next to a busy road rather than on site- overall not good value and I wouldnt stay here again

  : In Massa Lubrense a town 15 min approximately from Sorrento there is a boutique hotel MelRose Realis that is 5 star in every way possible. From the moment we checked in we were treated with incredible customer service . Walter in reception went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The barman Ellie was truly passionate about his craft & made us some really special drinks. Breakfast was fabulous with great service & breakfast options. Rosa in the kitchen is a culinary star. Lucca was great & assisted us with our luggage on arrival & departure The rooms are well appointed , modern, clean & with very comfortable beds. The pool area is fabulous & gardens are stunningly beautiful & well manicured. This is a family business & the owners of this property are present every day, its evident the passion & pride they have for this stunning property.

  : Facility was really accommodating to our arrival time, supported us by providing lunch after a long trip although we were late. We had one issue with a room where the AC was broken but was immediately fixed. When we asked, they were able to give recommendations for restaurants, parking etc. which was super handy.
  : Some rooms miss places to hang wet towels, so we struggled with that trying to dry our stuff. We had to request one single additional bed for a 9 year old but foldable sofa/ best was very uncomfortable therefore we ended up sharing the bigger bed. It is a decent accommodation with clean beds, towels and service. But price/ performance definitely doesnt match.

  : The location was quite good. The reception on arrival and thereafter was really friendly and efficient.
  : The shower water was not hot enough. There's an automatic light in the clothes hanging area which goes on when there's movement in the room. That's very disturbing every time one of us got up to go to the bathroom. The breakfast offering was well below normal standard. Prices at the pool bar were exorbitant.
