  : Lovely view of Mount Etna. Quiet location. Good breakfast. We had no problems to charge our electric car on site. Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again if we need accommodation in the area.

  : The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The shower didn't give hot water. They resolved it instantly and brought us prosecco. The pool is very nice and clean. The hotel is clean and calm. The pasta and mozzarella in the restaurant is good, the rest on the menu not so happy with. Right behind the etna so good for trips to etna and taormina. Beautiful view if you walk into the parking lot. Breakfast buffet is simple but ok if you would stay for a day or two except for the eggs and dried out cucumber. They were not good!
  : The shower didn't have hot water. The issue with the shower was quickly resolved though. I had to ask for separate bedding in the twin bed three times, as my kids slept in it together. Once down, it was taken away again the next day. The restaurant is not as good as I hoped. But if I wanted to eat out, I had to drive. So couldn't really avoid if i was tired and didn't want to go out again. The availability of a nice pizza as a snack or other snacks available would be a nice addition. Can't go out for a walk, always have to drive. The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy once outside the gates of hotel. Room was right next to the bar and in a very noisy location, with no pool or etna view. Conversations in other rooms and in the bar were too easy to follow. Food upgrade would be nice.

  : Great location for exploring local attractions including Mount Etna, Golada dell'Alcantara, Toarmina, Castlemore etc.
  : Water in the shower certainly could have been hotter. Would be nice to have glasses in the room.
